We bought two of these for our great nieces' adoption day celebration. They were very pleased to have their new names beautifully engraved on their gifts. We were slightly disappointed that they did not arrive until Thursday morning, when we had ordered them the previous Friday afternoon, as a result of which we could not present them on the day and had to do it afterwards. PGS staff were very helpful when we rang to enquire about despatch and gave us all the necessary details. We hadn't paid extra for next day delivery, as we thought it wouldn't be necessary, so the moral is: don't leave it to the last minute to order.:-)Rating

We were very pleased with the purchase, it was just what we wanted and lovely quality. We've had lots of comments about how unique it is. It was our daughters first Christmas and she is only 9 weeks old so we wanted to get her something special that she could keep for when she's older. Its a lovely gift. We will certainly be using your company again. We are getting her Christened in February so will be looking for some photo frames. Thank you also for the prompt and efficient delivery considering the snow we thought we may not have received it in time for Christmas but it turned up with time to spare.Rating

The item itself was lovely and was much appreciated by the recipient. However, I paid extra for next day delivery to arrive in time for a christening. The item had not arrived 2 days later. I emailed the company, who apologised and refunded the postage and assured me it had been sent that day. It still did not arrive and I was later told that the product had been out of stock but lack of communication between departments meant that I was wrongly told it had been dispatched.Rating
The company did apologise and it then arrived the next day.

Overall really happy with the product although the moving horses seem a bit forced and unnatural. Otherwise a lovely product, engraving perfect and a lovely touch. Wouldn't bother paying extra for the gift wrapping tho as there was no gift wrap in sight.Rating
