I ordered the glass for a colleague's retirement expecting it to arrive a couple of days before the actual event. However much to my surprise it arrived 2 days after I placed the order so I could have hung on for another couple of weeks before ordering. It arrived well paced with plenty of protection around the object. It's well presented in it's own box and I think my colleague will be well pleased with the gift,Thank you very much for your excellent service.

I was very pleased with the product, I thought the engraving was done very delicately done, and it was better than I thought it would be. The person the present was for hasn't been given it yet as its not christmas but I'm sure her will be very pleased with it.
