Item arrived promptly in a beautiful gift box. Unfortunately, the glass was broken in half. Thankfully, a full refund was processed within 24hrs of my request. Despite the broken glass, I would purchase from this website again.

Perfect retirement gift
I bought this as a Retirement gift for a work colleague, who loved it. The cut crystal looks absolutely fantastic and the engraving just adds that personal touch to it. With the inside of the box wrapped in a velvety blue it set it off perfectly.
