Excellent service ordered tues night and had received by thurs. Vase is gorgeous and very heavy. Personalisation looks perfect and if you are wrapping as a gift well worth paying extra and having box. If I had to give a negative would be it isn't big enough for a bouquet from florist but is a nice size for a smaller bouquet from your local supermarket. It is well worth it and a perfect gift. More than happy with the vase and superb service.

Beautiful item
I was delighted with my engraved vase, bought as a thank you to a lovely couple who helped me with my elderly mother who was becoming confused, and then had to be moved into a nursing home. It was a perfect gift that they will always have for their flowers and to be reminded of how grateful I was for their tremendous help. The vase looked so expensive and the engraving just right !!
Delivery and packaging could not be faulted.

Tthe vase was beautiful, engraving really made it a special for my mum's 70th birthday. I ordered it with speedy delivery and it arrived quicker than expected.the only thing that let this present down was the packaging would of been nice to have a nice box for it. However i will use you again as price, delivery and engraving were excellent. thank you.

Retirement Present
