This is the second time I have brought this item, it is a perfect present at an excellent price & makes it extra special with the engraving. Only thing I would say is the box it comes in let's it down. I have always brought a gift box to put the frame in.

The frame arrived within a couple of days, well-packaged and ready to wrap! The quality of the frame is very good and the engraving was all correct, though I would have preferred something more engraved and less "etched". Still, it's a great gift at a great price. And thank you for a great, quick service.
