Great product rubbish gift box
The product received was great and as expected. Don't bother getting it gift boxed though! Not worth the cost. The material lining was coming off, all the polystyrene balls came out from under the lining and covered my kitchen. I spent an hour trying to clean it up! My 3 year old could have wrapped it better! Had to rewrap it myself using the packing materials. Really glad I checked it first as it was a present for my dads 60th birthday and I'm glad he didn't have to clean up. Absolutely shocking presentation.

Product quality
Product quality good and would recommend to friends looking for a personalised gift. Only slight annoyance was that I had to polish off finger prints on the glass and tweak the lining which was coming away from the box before giving it as a gift.

Excellent value for money
I ordered 2 of these items as a Thank You gift and was impressed when they arrived. I upgraded to next day delivery and was extremely pleased that they actually did turn up by courier within 24hrs. Good quality product & well worth the money. They made a lovely gift and I plan to order another one for Father's Day. Would recommend the personalised gifts shop.

21st Birthday
We were looking for something for a 21st birthday. This was just what we had in mind. For this price I must admit I didn’t think that the quality would be that great but was amazed, the tanker had a good weight to it and the engraving was very good. My only petty downside was the 2nd line in the engraving could have been a bit bigger so it stood out more. But overall very good for the price!

Bought this tankard for my son's 21st. I was amazed at the quality of it as it is heavy and solid. The engraving was perfect and permanent (unlike other sites that print on the glass rather than engrave) It is very well priced for such good quality. Delivery was amazingly quick. I have used this company before and will use them again. Thank you.

The tankard was delivered on time and was packaged and presented well. There was an error on the engraving but the customer service staff quickly checked and organised a free replacement tankard that was delivered swiftly. Site now added to my favourites list !!

The tankard was dispatched much sooner than I expected, I think it was the next day- impressive for a personalised product! It arrived soon after, and was well packaged to prevent damage. Perfect superb quality
We were looking for something to give to the people doing the readings at our wedding. We saw the tankards and they were just what we were looking for.
We loved the fact we could put our own message on it and when it arrived (ordered on Sunday arrived Tuesday morning -super quick!!!) the quality was excellent.

the stern was a good size with a nice heavy weight to it showing that it was good quality. The engraving was nicely finished, tghe only minor grip was that the gift box is slightly small so it is a very snug fit
