We have selected a NV Brut Cava from Codorniu, one of the leading and most respected producers. A classic dry sparkling wine using the 3 traditional and indigenous grape varieties Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo using a blend first perfected in 1872.

The Traditional Method is used with bottle fermentation and the wine is aged on the "lees" for at least 9 months . Fresh fruity and balanced with a dry finish.
