I ordered a baby's 1st Christmas bauble for my little nephew. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The bauble is of a high quality and allows not only for personalisation of the child's name but also a short message on the back. I was also very impressed with PGS customer service. They contacted me within hours of the order to let me know that they couldn't do the accent on the names. I got originally disappointed and cancelled the baubles with the issue (as PGS offered a refund) but I changed my mind later to get them in capital letters. PGS replied straight away and without a fuss placed the order. I received the baubles the following week, which I thought was very quick. Very good value for money. I would not hesitate to order more items from PGS. Highly recommended.
