I bought two personalised baubles for my nephew and niece's first Christmas - when they arrived - which was very quickly - I was delighted with the quality of the product - having bought from another site two years ago I was wary of exactly what I would receive - the bauble was engraved well and the Christams tree inside was of the quality you would expect from more expensive items. Item arrived very quickly and looks amazing, I've bought it for a mature friend that I regards a close as a mother and it think she is going to love it. Had it personalised for her and can't wait for Christmas to come so she can open it. Quality of item and engraving was great although a tiny bit damaged where engrave on one side. Apart from that, very very pleased.Rating
