Absolutely stunning
I was a little dubious as it looked so lovely on the website and the price was very acceptable.
Since receiving it through the post I have shown everyone in my office, I think it's absolutely stunning and it will make a wonderful keepsake for my young cousin.

I was very pleased with the special bauble. It arrived on time and looks beautiful. I bought for my friend and her fiance for their first christmas with their baby son, she loved it and so did all our friends who were with us when she opened it. I would definately recommend it to anyone and may buy more next year.

Excellent Value Gift
I bought two personalised baubles for my nephew and niece's first Christmas - when they arrived - which was very quickly - I was delighted with the quality of the product - having bought from another site two years ago I was wary of exactly what I would receive - the bauble was engraved well and the Christams tree inside was of the quality you would expect from more expensive items. Needless to say the paremts were delighted by the gifts and these will no doubt be ordered again for friends and family. Thank you

Item arrived very quickly and looks amazing, I've bought it for a mature friend that I regards a close as a mother and it think she is going to love it. Had it personalised for her and can't wait for Christmas to come so she can open it. Quality of item and engraving was great although a tiny bit damaged where engrave on one side. Apart from that, very very pleased.

Excellent service and top quality product
Item arrived incredibly quickly, considering that it required engraving. It was well packaged and the beautiful glass Christmas tree inside the glass bauble was finished of with lovely engraving. This is a unique keepsake and highly recommended

Beautiful gift - but writing needs to be darker

I was very worried these baubles would look tacky and would not be the best quality, however I received them this morning and they are beautiful. I am extremely happy with them and they are relatively cheap compared to other places I have looked. The engraving is quite faint and I am worried the gold may chip away, but I am still happy with the product. Efficient service too.

(Maybe the engraving could have been a little "stronger",easier to see).
This is not a complaint by any means, just an observation.
