This was ordered as it is the first Christmas without our loved one and we were not disappointed. It is a fantastic addition to our decorations,one which can be enjoyed year after year as the quality is so good. We have had lots of lovely comments and it is a beautiful reminder that those who cannot be with us are still very much thought of at Christmas time. It is the second time I have used personalised gifts shop and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone.

Lovely item
This is a very lovely idea.
PGS customer service is excellent. I received the bauble within a week of the order, which I thought was very quick. Very good value for money. I would not hesitate to order more items from PGS. Highly recommended.
