Chablis Premier Cru Wine and Original Newspaper

The wine has a lovely chalky base with notes of spring flowers and beeswax augmented by a lovely tart citurs core of fruit.

A Chablis Premier Cru made by the Picq family who produce wines in both the Vaucoupin and Vosgros areas. This Chablis from Vaucoupin, lies on the right bank of the river Serein and is made from vines that are planted at an almost impossibly steep 45 degree angle and can only be harvested by hand.
