I was worried that my gift would not arrive in time but I was reassured via email that it would. The plate is beautiful and is a lovely keep sake for my nephew to remember his Christening day . The website is clear and the gifts prices are very good.I would use the service again.
The only disappointment was that despatch was prpmised in 4 days, whereas the gift was not despatched until 7 days after ordering and therefore not received by my grandson until AFTR Easter. Apart from that everthing was good, especially the after sales service I received on notifying of non delivery of gift before Easter (I thought it had gone astray)
Very quick delivery and also responded to my query in a rapid time. Product was good quality. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely use again if the need arose.
Postage was expensive especially on how long it took to get to me but the gift was fantastic and although late the best birthday gift my friend got!
i ordered a beautiful christening cup the parents were thrilled with it as i was very reasonable price too lovely writing couldnt have asked for better came pretty quick too

Good, fast, reliable service and I like the updated pre-printed version of the plates. Bought one last year and have now ordered 3 this year. Definitely would recommend the plates and service to others
There was a mistake made on my personalized order, however, the customer service was superb! They have replied immediately and offered to re-due the order free of charge. I was very upset with the mistake made as that was a present but because of the great service I would definitely recommend and will use it myself again.

Beautiful phrase at the top of the frame, looks lovely personalised and super fast delivery! Its so unique I have shown it to some friends and family and they have commented how lovely and unusual it is! It is smaller than I expected, but this in reality, this is a good thing!
