Because we produce items exactly as shown in the preview, we recommend quickly double-checking spelling, punctuation, capital letters and ensuring any uploaded photos are correctly positioned before adding the item to your basket.
What if I make a mistake in my personalisation? +
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please visit your Order Status page as soon as possible.
Because we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, production can begin quickly.
If the Edit option is no longer available, please contact our support team straight away and we will do our best to assist.
Can I send a personalised gift directly to the recipient? +
Absolutely. You can send your personalised gift directly to the recipient by entering their delivery details at checkout.
We do not include invoices or pricing information inside the parcel, so your gift remains a surprise.
What happens if my order arrives damaged? +
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a priority replacement at no extra cost.
