  I have looked at your order and can see it was placed on the 24th February and it was despatched on the 25th February. This is within our time frame of 24-48 hours for production time.
  
  You selected first class royal mail which they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. I can see royal mail attempted delivery on 27th February but no one was in so they took it back to the depot and you collected it on the 28th February.
