I ordered 2 Glass Latte Mug's, personalised with my parents name and initial. The workmanship of the engraving on the Mug's was excellent and the presentation boxes lovely. They were wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap so they arrived in good order. If there was any fault to be found, it was a small one; one of the Glass Mug's was covered in finger prints which had to be cleaned off before it could be given as a present, but it wasn't a huge problem and didn't deter me in finding the overall service excellent
