I am so sorry to hear the glass was scratched and has smudges on it. I would like to get this resolved and I have asked our customer support team to contact you.

In regards to the box, unfortunately, our suppliers do not supply us with individual boxes, however, they are packed with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure they don't break during transit.
