Lovely product. I was sold on the bear as it was by far the cutest compared to the competitors I saw browsing Google. In ‘the flesh’ he’s also the softest. The personalisation was easy to insert and the preview tool meant there are no surprises as you can check for typos etc. I bought 2 (Leaving Gift + Mother’s Day). I’ll be back for more :-)
